With our PhD in Educational Administration, you will be prepared for a career as a critical leader, policymaker, and scholar in educational administration, demonstrating excellence in leading educational institutions with a focus on digital transformation.
Our graduates are critical thinkers who can adapt to changing educational environments. With a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative methods, they become leaders in educational organizations and faculty in schools, colleges and universities.
The objectives of the curriculum are to produce doctoral graduates with the following key competencies:
Well-versed in the science of educational administration, competent in contemporary management, able to transpire new body of knowledge from conducting educational administration in digital society research and can apply the knowledge to professional practice at the international level

About The University
St. Theresa International College was established in 2001 as an international college of higher education, accredited by the Commission of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Thailand. The College has a long-term objective and commitment to continually develop the quality of its degree programs through international collaborations while producing valuable graduates for multi-national professions.
The important highlight of our programs is that students shall be eligible to transfer and study at any of our partnered universities where they will only be required to complete their final year and shall automatically receive a respective Bachelor degree from their chosen university. Furthermore, St. Theresa International College is one of the few international institutes in Thailand where the teachings of the Faculty of Nursing Science are delivered in English which is a great advantage for our undergraduates to qualify for career opportunities abroad. The College has newly introduced the Bachelor of Education program which prepares undergraduates to meet the high demand for English speaking teachers with specializations in Science and Mathematics.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Foundation Courses9
Foundation courses are intended to build a foundation of knowledge for students holding a Master's Degree in Educational Administration who completed less than 12 credits hours of research or for students with a Master's degree in Education but not majored in Educational Administration or for a student holding Master's Degree in fields other than Education. The required coursework for the above-mentioned students is 1-3 non-credit courses.
