These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UniLinks, a student-to-student admission platform that connects student mentors currently studying in Thailand ("Mentors") with students who wish to study in Thailand ("Applicants"). By accessing or using UniLinks, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including any additional guidelines or rules referenced herein.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility:

• Mentors must be currently enrolled as students in accredited educational institutions in Thailand and must maintain this enrollment throughout their participation.
• Applicants must provide genuine, verifiable, and accurate information during the registration and application processes, including identification and academic documents.

2.2 Account Responsibilities:

• You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify UniLinks if you suspect any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
• UniLinks reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized activities or breaches of security protocols.

3. Role and Obligations of Mentors

3.1 Registration Requirements:

• Mentors must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal and educational information, including proof of current enrollment in Thailand.
• UniLinks reserves the right to independently verify the provided information and documentation and may require further validation or clarification if needed.

3.2 Mentorship Expectations:

• Mentors agree to provide honest, reliable, and beneficial guidance to Applicants, reflecting their genuine experiences and knowledge regarding studying and living in Thailand.
• Mentors are strictly prohibited from offering any misleading, inaccurate, or intentionally false information to Applicants.
• Mentors agree to communicate respectfully and professionally with Applicants at all times.

3.3 Compensation and Benefits:

• Any potential compensation or incentives provided to Mentors, if applicable, will be clearly outlined by UniLinks and agreed upon explicitly in writing.
• Mentors agree that any disputes or concerns regarding compensation will be addressed directly with UniLinks administration.

4. Role and Obligations of Applicants

4.1 Application Information:

• Applicants must ensure all submitted information and documents are accurate, truthful, and up-to-date, reflecting their genuine academic background and intentions.
• Applicants consent explicitly to UniLinks storing, reviewing, and processing their submitted documentation and personal information solely for application processing and mentorship facilitation purposes.

4.2 Interactions with Mentors:

• Applicants acknowledge that any advice or guidance received from Mentors is based on personal experiences and does not constitute professional, legal, or official educational consultancy.
• Applicants agree to independently verify and assess the information received and bear sole responsibility for their decisions made based on mentor guidance.

5. Document and Data Handling

5.1 Data Collection and Storage:

• UniLinks will collect, securely store, and process personal data and documents provided by Applicants exclusively for facilitating application processes, mentorship pairing, and administrative purposes.
• Data storage and processing will comply strictly with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

5.2 Administrative Access and Confidentiality:

• Authorized UniLinks administrators will have full access to the submitted documents and information provided by Mentors and Applicants to ensure efficient management and processing.
• UniLinks administrators are obligated to handle all personal information confidentially and are prohibited from sharing or disclosing such information externally without explicit consent, unless legally required.

6. Privacy Policy

The UniLinks Privacy Policy, which governs our data collection and usage practices, forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy thoroughly. By using UniLinks, you signify your acceptance of our privacy practices outlined therein.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership of Platform Content:

All platform content, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, and software code are exclusively owned by or licensed to UniLinks and protected by international intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content:

While you retain ownership of your submitted content, you grant UniLinks a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to utilize, reproduce, distribute, and display this content solely for platform operations and promotional activities.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Provide misleading, inaccurate, or deliberately false information.
• Constitute illegal activities, harassment, discrimination, fraud, or any form of abuse.
• Attempt to compromise or disrupt the integrity or security of the UniLinks platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

UniLinks expressly disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including interactions between Mentors and Applicants. UniLinks does not guarantee successful admissions, scholarships, or the accuracy or completeness of mentorship advice provided on the platform.

10. Modification of Terms

UniLinks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of substantial changes, and continued use of the platform after such notifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of courts located within Thailand.

12. Termination and Suspension

UniLinks retains the authority to terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to the platform, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or inappropriate or harmful conduct.
