Qualifications
Completed Grade 12 or submitted the GED score for an applicant with a vocational degree (acceptable threshold ≥ 580 points; with ≥ 145 points for each section)
GPAX 5 Semester ≥ 2.00 out of 4.00 or GPAX 6 Semester ≥2.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent
For non-native English speaking applicants, valid English test result: IELTS ≥ 5.0; or TOEFL Paper-based ≥ 500, TOEFL Computer-based ≥ 173, TOEFL Internet-based ≥ 61; or SAT Reading and Writing Part ≥ 450
Valid Mathematics test result: SAT Math part ≥ 450 (SAT Math only for International Entrepreneurship, Global Business, International Marketing, and Tourism Management)
Applicants without the scores in section 2.2.3 and 2.2.4 can apply but will have to take the KKUIC direct admission examination. Those without the score in 2.2.3 will have to take the International College English Placement Test (ICEPT) and those without the score in 2.2.4 will have to take the Mathematics Placement Test.
Important documents to be uploaded:
1) A photo size 3×4 cm with no hat or sunglasses, taken no longer than 6 months ago. (Stickers / Scanned photos are not allowed)Your name printed in capital letters on the back of each photo.
2) A copy of ID card or Alien certificate or Passport
3) A copy of Housing registration (For Thai applicant only)
4) A copy of academic transcripts (GPAX) or an equivalent document
5) A copy of English and Math proficiency test score: IELTS, TOFEL, and SAT (If any)
6) A recommendation letter from the institute where the high school degree was attained (If any)
7) A copy of name change certificate (If any)
Graduates can work as tour guides, flight attendants, hotel staff or managers, tour agency representatives, and officers in the public tourism department.
Question :
I am KKU student and get Non-ED Visa for a year, do I have to make the notification of staying in Thailand over 90 days?
Answer :
Students who have been granted a Non Immigration Visa for a temporary stay in Thailand and intend to stay longer than 90 days must report every 90 days at Khon Kaen immigration in person.
Question :
I left Thailand for a week to visit my family and return on 28th April 2019, my friend said I have to report the immigration in person within 48 hrs, right?
Answer :
Yes, students have to report within 48 hrs. after returning to Thailand at the immigration in person to maintain their notification of residence.
Question :
If I miss the report after returning to Thailand within 48 hrs., what will happen to me?
Answer :
The record information of your residence will be shown as the address you made the first 90-day report at the immigration. For example, you graduated from University A in Bangkok and moved to Khon Kaen for studying doctoral Degree. The first notification of a 90-day report made in Bangkok so the recorded residence information is in Bangkok. You visited hometown and missed the 48-hr. report after returning to Thailand. When you make the 90-day report at KK immigration, the information of your residence is in Bangkok. Therefore, you have to pay for the fine. In case your first notification of a 90-day report made in Khon Kaen, there is no problem.

If I travel to another province in Thailand, do I have to report at the immigration?

No, the landlord or house owner (hotel or house you are staying with during your traveling) will report immigration.
