This course is suitable for medical doctors (both general and specialists) and health care professionals who focus on producing research. This course aims to produce state-of-the-art technical knowledge for producing graduates who demonstrate excellence in clinical scientific knowledge, and its acquisition. Furthermore, research methodology, critical-thinking, and new knowledge creation are all essential that are beneficial for patient care, both at present, and in the future. The curriculum outlined was adapted to be both concise and modern, useful for the development of excellent graduates which, in turn, will be useful for society.
The doctoral program in clinical sciences produces doctoral degree graduates with the following characteristics:
1. Excellent knowledge of the principles of, and theory underpinning, clinical science and its associated fields, to apply to complex phenomenon, and its interpretation, and a strong ability to improve their own knowledge.
2. Ability to undertake standard research, or academic structure administration, gain new clinical science knowledge, and expertise in modern clinical practice
3. Ability to analyze, synthesize, communicate, utilize information technology and administer knowledge development

Plan 1.1: Research-Based (No Coursework)
Eligibility:
Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Biochemistry or a related field.
A minimum GPA of 3.50 is required.
Demonstrated research experience is essential, evidenced by:
At least one peer-reviewed publication as the first or corresponding author.
Oral research presentations at recognized conferences.
A well-defined research proposal that can be developed into a doctoral thesis.
Plan 2.1: Coursework and Research
Eligibility:
Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Biochemistry or a related field.
A minimum GPA of 3.25 is required.
While prior research experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Additional Requirements for Both Plans:
English Proficiency: Non-native English speakers must provide valid English proficiency test scores, such as TOEFL or IELTS, meeting the university's minimum requirements.
Letters of Recommendation: Two recommendation letters from academic or professional referees.
Research Proposal: A concise outline of the intended research area, highlighting objectives and methodologies.

Students who have been granted a Non Immigration Visa for a temporary stay in Thailand and intend to stay longer than 90 days must report every 90 days at Khon Kaen immigration in person.
Question :
I left Thailand for a week to visit my family and return on 28th April 2019, my friend said I have to report the immigration in person within 48 hrs, right?
Answer :
Yes, students have to report within 48 hrs. after returning to Thailand at the immigration in person to maintain their notification of residence.
Question :
If I miss the report after returning to Thailand within 48 hrs., what will happen to me?
Answer :
The record information of your residence will be shown as the address you made the first 90-day report at the immigration. For example, you graduated from University A in Bangkok and moved to Khon Kaen for studying doctoral Degree. The first notification of a 90-day report made in Bangkok so the recorded residence information is in Bangkok. You visited hometown and missed the 48-hr. report after returning to Thailand. When you make the 90-day report at KK immigration, the information of your residence is in Bangkok. Therefore, you have to pay for the fine. In case your first notification of a 90-day report made in Khon Kaen, there is no problem.
