Required Documents for Engineering Programs:
High School Transcript or Equivalent:
A copy of your secondary school transcript (Matthayom 6 for Thai students or an equivalent document for international students).
If you graduated from a foreign institution, the diploma and transcript must be certified by the Ministry of Education, Thailand through the equivalency certification process.
English Proficiency Test Scores
Applicants without English test scores can still apply but must attend English preparation training if:
Their English test scores are below the specified criteria.
They do not provide any English test scores.
Minimum Test Score Requirements (Test results must be no older than 2 years):
TOEFL (Paper-Based): Less than 494 points.
TOEFL (Computer-Based): Less than 167 points.
TOEFL (Internet-Based): Less than 59 points.
TOEFL (Institutional Testing Program): Less than 500 points.
IELTS (Academic Module): Less than Band 5.
TOEIC: Less than 550 points.
CU-TEP: Less than 61 points.
TU-GET (Paper-Based): Less than 401 points.
TU-GET (Computer-Based): Less than 62 points.
KEPT: Less than 62 points.
KKU-AELT: Less than Band 3.5 (average of all bands).
Additional Note
If applicants meet the English requirements listed above, they are exempt from attending the English preparation training program.
Interview:
All applicants must attend an online interview in English.
If you have already submitted English or math test results, you can directly attend the interview.
Identification Documents:
Thai Students: A copy of your national ID card.
International Students: A copy of your passport and any other identification documents.
Other Educational Certificates (if applicable):
If you hold additional certificates or qualifications (such as a GED or other equivalency certificates), you should submit them along with your application.
International students must ensure that their educational certificates are recognized by the Ministry of Education, Thailand through the equivalency certification process.
Proof of Application Fee Payment (if applicable):
If there’s an application fee, proof of payment may be required as part of the application process.
Additional Notes:
ESAP Courses: If your English proficiency doesn’t meet the requirement, you may need to enroll in the English for Specific Academic Purposes (ESAP) course, and associated costs will apply.
Test Validity: All test results (English and math) must be valid for no more than 2 years from the exam date.
The KKUIC Admission Committee will evaluate applicants who don’t meet certain requirements, and their judgment will be final.
