We integrate your relevant work experience within a university course curriculum, awarding academic credits and focusing on the skills you want to build. Most of our industry partnerships involve matching you with a job that reflects your educational and career goals, so you gain confidence in the areas you want to work in.

Such degree programmes are commonly found at universities in the USA and Canada, known as Co-op Programmes, and at universities of applied sciences in Germany and Switzerland, referred to as Dual Studies Programmes.

You can count on our career service department for the unpaid roles provided by companies that partner with our university, whereas you can also find yourself internships that are either paid or pay less than regular full-time staff. Each company’s process is different.

As our industry partnership programmes are organised through a close collaboration between the university and companies, your work is likely to be more supervised, structured, and challenging than an internship sourced independently.

Extended Time to Complete the Degree

This education option extends the overall time required to complete a degree by one year.

We welcome you to start your transformative journey at any point during the year, be it autumn, winter, spring or summer. Once you receive your acceptance letter, you can start any upcoming 3-week module in your chosen programme. All the missed modules can be easily caught up at the start of next year.
