Over the past 50 years, the university has produced more than 120,000 alumni, including approximately 100,000 with Bachelor’s degrees, 10,000 with Master’s degrees, and 100 with Doctoral degrees. It employs over 1,100 faculty and staff members, with 25% holding Doctoral degrees and more than 75% holding Master’s degrees. Total student enrollment is approximately 20,000 across all programs.

Tuition fees are moderate, and students benefit from small class sizes that support personalized learning.


Since 2017, DPU has embraced innovation and entrepreneurship by transforming into a “Startup University,” incorporating Capstone Projects to encourage hands-on experience and entrepreneurial thinking. At DPU, every student is given the opportunity to succeed—even before graduation.

If you want to enroll at International Program of DPU but are not sure whether you meet the qualifications? You should have the following:

  • have successfully completed their upper secondary education in Thailand or have equivalent academic qualifications from abroad that are recognized by the Thai Ministry of Education;
  • show proficiency in the English language by having at least one of the following qualifications:
  • A TOEFL score of at least 133 (computer-based) or an IELTS score of at least 4.5
  • An English score of 70 points or more obtained in the Thai University English Entrance examination
