The dynamics of economics, society, communication, technology, culture, and law in the midst of globalization not only influence the sociocultural environment but also the media contents and media consumption in all continents, transforming global customer’s behavioral orientation from mass consumption to individual consumption.
Master of Communication Arts Program in Global Communication aims to develop you to the future “transformational leader,” who has a solid theoretical knowledge and insights in managing convergence of media and the multicultural and cross-cultural contents of media in the intercultural communication contexts. Understanding of communication research, cultural diversity, global advocacy will enable the future transformational leader to drive the global vision and missions on the global stage with strategic communication policies, mechanism, and initiatives.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS
1.An applicant should be a holder of a bachelor’s degree or academic standing in any field
from local or overseas educational institutions recognised by the Ministry of Higher
Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, with a cumulative grade point average of at
least 2.50 or has at least 2 years of working experience.
2. An applicant has a good command of English in speaking, reading and writing.
3. An applicant has complete consciousness and health, ready to complete the course of study.
4.An applicant passed the admission selection according
to the criteria and methods as prescribed by Bangkok University.
5.English-language proficiency test score report: (result is valid for 2 years)
TOEFL minimum score of 550 (PBT) or 213 (CBT) or 80 (iBT) or
IELTS: 6.5 across each band or
Duolingo English Test (DET) : 100 in all subscore
Any applicant who has not obtained/submitted the specified English-language
Proficiency Test Score is required to pass Bangkok University- English Proficiency
Test (BU-EPT). Applicants can take the BU-EPT test at the Admissions Office,

What are the English language requirements for BU International?
Answer :

If you do not have an English proficiency score, you may be required to take an English language assessment offered by the university or apply for a preparatory English course.

Semester 1 Application Deadline: - For applicants with an English proficiency score: Before the end of July. - For applicants without an English proficiency score: Before the end of May. Semester 2 Application Deadline: - For applicants with an English proficiency score: Before the end of October. - For applicants without an English proficiency score: Before the end of August. *Please be aware that some majors may close when they reach full capacity.

Answer "To initiate a credit transfer, please prepare the required documents: - Photocopy of your original transcript (both the original and English translation). - Course descriptions from your previous institution (both the original and English translation). - A photocopy of the information page of your passport. - High school or equivalent transcript and certificate (both the original and English translations, if applicable)."

Answer :
You will receive the letter of acceptance after your application is approved. Once your payment is processed, the university will proceed with your student visa application. The student visa is typically received approximately 1-2 months before the start of the semester. Please make sure to complete all required steps promptly to ensure a smooth process.
