The Master of Education in Educational Administration prepares professionals for leadership roles in schools and educational institutions, focusing on school management, curriculum development, legal issues, finance, and instructional leadership. The program develops advanced research, administrative, and organizational skills to meet the challenges of modern education systems.

- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.50 (on a four-point scale).
- Applicants who do not meet the requirement may be admitted to the program with the prospect of granted full-time status if they can maintain a GPA of 3.0 upon completion of 12-credit courses.
- Applicants must have a functional command of spoken English and an accepted written English test score on one of the following types of tests: A TOEFL test score of 500 (or 190 CBT). An IELTS test with a score in the 5.5 bandwidth. Applicants should forward to us the below listed documents: Completed application form. Official copy of Transcript of Records. ID Card or photocopy of passport. Two (2) recently taken 2×2 inch photographs. Certificate of House Registration. Note: Applicants without a previous degree in education are required to take two (2) foundation courses and a 135-hour practicum in educational settings (not required for those already teaching).
