- Students who qualify academically for undergraduate admission, such as English Taught Program are required to submit the English proficiency at CEFR-B2 / IELTS 5.5 or equivalent proficiency certificate. Those who only reach CEFR-B1 / IELTS 4.5 (or equivalent proficiency certificate) should do English proficiency test after the enrollment and take English courses according to the results.
- Applicants who receive acceptance letter should submit one copy of their original diploma and the official transcripts with the confirmation form of enrollment. The diploma and transcripts need to be authenticated by the R.O.C. Ministry of Foreign Affair’s overseas embassies in the country where the documents were issued. Those who do not submit the diploma and transcripts on time or do not enroll on time waive their admission voluntarily.
- A financial statement: a minimum balance of NT$ 120,000 (US$ 4,000)
- 1.An official statement issued within the past 3 months from a banking institution
- 2.Or a proof of having a full scholarship or grant provided by a government, university, college, or private organization.
- 3.If the financial statement does not bear the name of the applicant, the owner of the financial statement must also provide a sponsor’s financial guarantee and the financial statement must be notarized.
