This 5-year medical program trains students to become professional doctors through a combination of basic medical sciences (Years 1–2) and clinical training in hospitals (Years 3–5). It integrates theoretical learning, problem-based learning, and hands-on patient care, developing strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills for real-world healthcare practice.

- Application Form: Students must fill out an application form available at the Admission Office or apply online via the official Lincoln University College website.
- Documents Submission: Submit the completed application form along with required documents such as certified true copies of academic transcripts and certificates, a photocopy of IC or passport, passport-sized color photographs, proof of English proficiency, health and medical certificate, statement of purpose, and letters of recommendation depending on the program.
- Application Fee Payment: A crossed cheque, money order, or bank draft for the first payment is to be submitted with the application or after receiving the offer.

- Arrival: Once the visa is obtained, students can arrange their travel to Malaysia.
