Stamford International University and its programs, curricula and degrees are fully accredited by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Ministry of University Affairs (MUA) of Thailand. It is listed in the MUA’s List of Recognised Private Universities.

The Faculty of Business & Technology at Stamford International University has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) located at 11960, Quivira Road, Kansas, USA. Blackboard Catalyst Award – The First in Innovative Education
In 2014, Stamford International University won the Blackboard Catalyst Award for innovative blended learning with the Signature MBA Program, overcoming over 85 competing universities worldwide.
CFA Institute University Affiliation Program
The Finance and Banking program has been acknowledged as incorporating at least 70 percent of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge and placing emphasis on the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice within the program. The program positions students well to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, which has become the most respected and recognized investment credential in the world.
ACCA Silver Learning Partner
Stamford has been granted the Silver Learning Partner Status from a leading international accountancy bodies, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Students studying for a Bachelor of Accountancy have the opportunity to obtain this highly respected qualification as well as receiving exemptions in related examinations.
CIMA University Partner
CIMA is a renowned professional organization for Management Accountants. Bachelor of Accountancy program students will get 10 exemptions at CIMA papers. The Accounting students will be awarded the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting on successful completion of the Operational Case study (OCS) exam.
