Academic Requirements

• •Students MUST submit following documents when they apply for enrollment in the undergraduate/graduate continuing program:
• •(1) An application form.
• •(2) Original transcripts of all academic years (MUST indicate applicant’s rankings and class size of all academic years.
• •Transfer students MUST submit the transcripts issued by their previous schools).
• •(3) Other documents and photocopies relating to selection, e.g. autobiography, work experience, student association activities, prize certificates, professional licenses, study plan, foreign language ability certificates, certification exams or any other certificates to demonstrate students’ professional abilities.
• • *The documents will not be returned, please do not submit original copies for important documents.
• •* Failure to submit or incomplete data as required, resulting in an impact on grades, shall be the responsibility of the individual.
• •A financial statement: a minimum balance of NT$ 120,000 (US$ 4,000)
• •An official statement issued within the past 3 months from a banking institution.
• •Or a proof of having a full scholarship or grant provided by a government, university, college, or private organization.
• •If the financial statement does not bear the name of the applicant, the owner of the financial statement must also provide a sponsor’s financial guarantee (Form 4) and the financial statement must be notarized.
• •Translated copies of the applicant's highest academic credentials and official transcripts of that program in English
