About this Program
This doctoral program prepares students to independently engage in advanced work in high-quality research, teaching, mentoring, and management with a focus on Arts Management, Music Management, Sports Management, and Entertainment Management. Graduates will be equipped to conduct both theoretical and applied research for a range of management careers within the expanding domains of music, arts, sports, and entertainment. Based on a research project undertaken across four years, with a minimum study period of three years full-time, students will learn and develop skills in digital transformation, innovation, and technological tools to become effective teachers, mentors, or managers in their chosen fields. This bilingual program is aimed at professionals who currently hold positions of responsibility or wish to begin their professional careers through entrepreneurship in the music, arts, sports, and entertainment industries or related sectors. Classes are delivered through a mixture of on-campus, remote, and multi-modal formats to support and engage students from all parts of the world.

- - A master's degree in Music, Arts, Sports and Entertainments management or a related field. - Any strong relevant professional experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
- QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMISSION
- To be considered for admission to the program applicants must : Have at least 3 years of work experience in organizations in the area of interest and expertise. Hold a Master’s Degree in related fields (MBA, Msc in Tourism) or equivalent degrees in any other fields, with GPA above 3.50 on a scale of 4.00 or equivalent. Obtain TOEFL score of 575 PBT or 213 CBT or an IELTS (Academic) overall band of at least 6.5 or Obtain GMAT score of 550. (The scores are valid for 2 years). Any applicant who does not obtain the required score must take the English Entrance Examination. Submit two letters of recommendation from either former instructors or employers. Present a brief research proposal in the field of hospitality and tourism studies.
