About this Program

This program trains professionals to lead and manage construction and infrastructure projects. Students can specialize in Construction Engineering and Management (CEM), focusing on project planning, finance, contracts, quality, safety, and sustainable construction, or Infrastructure Management (IM), focusing on planning, operation, maintenance, and valuation of infrastructure systems. The Professional Master in Project Management (MPM) is tailored for construction industry professionals with at least three years of experience and emphasizes applied project management knowledge over one year.

Key Requirements

Academic

  • Have strong academic records (both undergraduate and graduate) and normally hold a four-year bachelor's degree, and a Master's degree, preferably with a combination of course and thesis work, from an institution of good standing, acceptable to AIT. The minimum cGPA requirement for admission to the doctoral program is 3.50 or equivalent, at the Master's degree level.
