Important Note
Maximum study duration is 7 years. Students must complete 30 graduate credits, including 4 seminar credits and 26 professional course credits. An additional 12 dissertation credits are required. At least 15 credits must be completed within the Department of Hydraulic and Ocean Engineering. The doctoral qualifying examination must be passed within the first 3 years of study. English proficiency of CEFR B1 or above is required for applicants from non-English-speaking countries. Applicants must submit an Autobiography and Study Plan as part of the application.
